• Lung Investigation Day to facilitate ‘fast-track’ diagnosis/treatment of lung cancer patients

• The Respiratory Investigation Department at Good Hope Hospital

The department operates a significant amount of ‘cross-site’ working in order to aid good communication between all Hospitals and information sharing.

Dr Adel H Mansur, consultant physician has a special interest in asthma and airway disease and leads the severe and brittle asthma unit – www.severeasthma-birmingham.co.uk

Dr Dev Banerjee, Dr Daniel Park and Dr Rahul Mukherjee have a special interest in sleep and ventilation and oxygen therapy. Based in Respiratory Physiology at Heartlands, the Multidisciplinary Sleep and Ventilation team provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to a wide range of sleep and breathing disorders from obstructive sleep apnoea, obesity-related respiratory failure, breathing problems in chest wall disorders like kyphoscoliosis and Neuromuscular disorders
