2018 is a New Year and we thought we’d spend the twelve days of Christmas sharing some stories and successes from the last year from across the Trust.

On the eleventh day…

The Trust was announced as one of 11 National Bereavement Care Pathway (NBCP) pilot sites.

The National Bereavement Care Pathway (NBCP) has been developed to improve the quality of bereavement care experienced by parents and families at all stages of pregnancy and baby loss up to 12 months.

A core group of charities and professional bodies are leading the NBCP, and the pilot sites will trial the use of new materials, guidelines and training for professionals to help improve the care bereaved parents receive.
