The Trust is currently meeting with its clinical team and partnering with Aston University to help establish a programme for clinical leader support and development. It is proposed that the programme will work in two phases – a formal learning phase and a peer support phase – to ensure clinical staff at the Trust have processes in place to assist them with these challenging roles.

The first phase will commence in autumn 2014.
