Freedom of Information Request: 0718 2019/20

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, separated by the hospitals within your trust.

If that division of the numbers by all the hospitals within your trust exceeds the cost of compliance limits identified in section 12, please provide the numbers for the trust overall, as well as for Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, specifically:

2019 (if not available, 2018) surgical volumes for Colonoscopy (see attached excel file for detailed coding)
