Independent Inquiry into the issues raised by Paterson case

The Independent Inquiry has been set up to examine the issues raised by the malpractice of convicted surgeon Ian Paterson and the circumstances surrounding it that have affected so many patients. The Inquiry aims to learn lessons from the case of Ian Paterson and how these may lead to improvements in health care and safety, especially in the independent sector across the country.
