Choose & Book

During the consultation your GP will decide if you need to be referred to Podiatric Surgery. If so, they may generate a request via Choose and Book.

You will leave the surgery with an appointment request letter printed off  Choose and Book showing details of the service selected and a choice of provider.

Then you need to telephone the provider of your choice and quote the UBRN (unique booking reference number) to the Call Centre Operator who will access your patient details on Choose and Book.

A suitable time and date will be agreed with you on the telephone.

Your GP will submit the referral letter electronically on Choose and Book.
