Professional Profile
Haney Youssef graduated from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1997 and is trained as a specialist colorectal and general surgeon. He joined the trust in 2011 after completing a specialist fellowship in the surgical treatment of peritoneal malignancy and advanced bowel cancer in Basingstoke.

His main clinical interests are treating patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis from bowel and appendix tumours, the treatment of recurrent bowel cancer and inflammatory bowel disease. He is setting up and running the Peritoneal Tumour Unit at HEFT, the only unit of its kind in the Midlands.
