Professional Profile

Mr Chapman is a specialist colorectal surgeon, diagnosing and treating patients with diseases of the large bowel (colon, rectum & anus). He has as a special interest in treating cancer of the large bowel, diseases of the anus such as haemorrhoids, fissures and fistulae as well as functional disorders of defaecation. He perform’s both diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy.  And introduced sacral nerve modulation to the Trust and was instrumental in establishing the pelvic floor service
